A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your website(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can result in lost info and unwanted network downtime. That is the reason why we’ll perform all that for you for free!We’ve got highly knowledgeable administrators whose main task is to make certain that your site performs precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in migrating custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based on well–known apps like Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time interval, since there are lots of factors, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our very best to migrate your website within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (when the content is not large).

A: We do not collect any private info. We will need, however, the login information for your old hosting account as well as the name of the website that you want to transfer.

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to share exactly the same information you have provided to your present web host. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which specifies how sensitive data is used.

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your previous web hosting provider. After the transfer is complete, we’ll ensure that everything is working properly and that the integrity of your content is not jeopardized before informing you that the transfer is complete. Then we’ll explain to you how to transfer the domain over to your hosting account with us and how to change the DNS settings.

A: While we transfer your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t get in touch with them in any way.

A: We can transfer your site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–based hosting platform on condition that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there’s File Transfer Protocol access available.The only websites that we’re unable to transfer are the ones based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
